Located between the picturesque streets in a valley in Durbuy, this ambitious project spans over 19 hectares and embodies a harmonious integration of architecture and nature. The development includes the construction of 204 sustainable wooden and stone housing and an expansive agricultural park designed to enhance biodiversity and promote local food production.

The project team, composed of architects, stability experts, landscape architects, engineers and local partners, is working together to design exemplary project. Only 7% of the site will be urbanized, ensuring that 93% of the land is dedicated to reforestation and ecological preservation. The architectural and landscaping approach prioritizes minimal environmental impact, leveraging local materials, and incorporating green roofs and natural drainage systems.

At its core, the project aims to create a "habitable forest," blending rural charm with modern living while respecting Durbuy’s rich cultural and natural heritage.
